Kuiiz (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “App”) is an offline single-player trivia quiz game developed by Appsidio. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Kuiiz, how it is used, and the third-party services that may process information on our behalf.

Information We Collect
Kuiiz does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying information to play the game.
However, the App uses third-party analytics and advertising services that may automatically collect certain information from your device and your use of the App.
Depending on your device, operating system, SDK configuration, advertising settings, and applicable consent choices, this information may include:
- App usage and interaction data, such as game sessions, events, and general gameplay activity.
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical information.

Local Storage
Kuiiz stores certain game preferences and statistics locally on your device, including:
- Total score
- Games played
- Accuracy
- Best streak
- Sound effect preferences, such as the mute setting
This locally stored gameplay data is used to operate and personalize the game. It is not itself uploaded to our servers.
Analytics
Kuiiz uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App and to help us improve its functionality and performance.
Analytics may collect information such as:
- App launches and sessions
- Gameplay events and interactions
- App version and device information
- General usage and diagnostic information
- Pseudonymous app or device identifiers
Google Analytics may automatically generate identifiers associated with app users and events.
We use analytics information in aggregate or pseudonymous form to understand usage patterns, measure app performance, identify issues, and improve Kuiiz.

Advertising
Kuiiz may display advertisements using third-party advertising networks, including:

- Meta Audience Network
These advertising providers may collect or receive information from the App and your device for purposes such as delivering advertisements, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud, and, where permitted, providing personalized or interest-based advertising.
Depending on applicable laws, your device settings, and your consent or privacy choices, advertising services may use advertising identifiers, app/device information, approximate location, ad interaction information, and other pseudonymous information.
Google states that AdMob may use device identifiers and other information for advertising and measurement, and that publishers must disclose the data collection, sharing, and use associated with Google advertising products.
Where required by applicable law, we provide users with choices regarding personalized advertising and the collection or use of information for advertising purposes.

Kuiiz uses the following third-party services:
Google Analytics for Firebase
Used for app analytics and understanding how users interact with Kuiiz.
Firebase
Firebase technologies may be used to support analytics and related app functionality. Depending on the Firebase services enabled in the App, information may be processed by Google in accordance with its applicable policies.
Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements in the App and to measure advertising performance.
Meta Audience Network
Used to display advertisements and support advertising measurement and delivery.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected through analytics and advertising SDKs may be transmitted to and processed by the respective third-party service providers described above. These providers may use the information for analytics, advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in their respective policies.
We may also disclose information when required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.
Personalized Advertising and Privacy Choices
Advertising personalization may depend on your location, applicable privacy laws, device settings, and choices made through any consent or privacy controls presented by the App or your device.
Where applicable, you may be able to limit personalized advertising or reset/disable your device’s advertising identifier through your device settings.
For users in jurisdictions where consent is legally required for personalized advertising or certain forms of data processing, we will request or otherwise obtain the appropriate consent before enabling the relevant processing. Google provides consent-management tools for apps in jurisdictions such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
Children’s Privacy
Kuiiz is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Because Kuiiz uses third-party analytics and advertising services, certain device or usage information may nevertheless be processed automatically by those services. Where required, we configure our advertising services and consent mechanisms to comply with applicable children’s privacy requirements.
Google’s advertising policies place restrictions on personalized advertising for users and apps directed at children.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with Kuiiz. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Information stored locally by Kuiiz remains on your device until you delete the App, clear its data, or otherwise remove the locally stored information.
Analytics and advertising information collected by third-party services is retained and processed according to the respective provider’s policies and retention practices.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing.
You may also have rights concerning personalized advertising and the use of advertising identifiers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Kuiiz, our services, or applicable legal requirements.
